Senior UX/UI Designer

Role:

Lead the UX design for BlinkPayroll.com, transforming customer insights into intuitive designs. Simplify payroll processes into user-friendly experiences and ensure seamless handoff to development.

Requirements:

  • Expert in UX/UI design for complex SaaS products, with a focus on simplifying systems and strong Figma skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and excellent communication for collaboration with front-end teams is essential.

Quality Assurance Manager

Role:

Lead and develop the QA team, implementing and refining QA processes across all product stages. Ensure the highest quality standards through comprehensive testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of QA practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4 years in a management or team lead role.
  • Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a proven track record in managing QA teams and delivering high-quality SaaS products.

Sales Lead - Payroll Software (Telesales)

Role:

Drive sales efforts by conducting outbound telesales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Lead the development and implementation of sales and onboarding processes, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, particularly in selling payroll SaaS to small businesses in the US.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, excellent persuasive and communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
